There was so much inspiration from fashion week, it’s been a lot to take in. During fashion month, I brought a huge load of shoes with me, but only wore half of them. I’m a little bit of a shoe addict. When I returned, of course the first things I purchased were shoes! If you followed me on my instastories, I got 3 new pairs from Ego Official. All of them were boots, but each of them very different from the other. I also took a road trip 2 weeks after I returned from fashion month and picked up a pair of beautiful Valentino Garavani shoes (linked here) I’d looked at a few times and found on sale. My shoe addiction is truly never ending.
After catching up on some much needed rest from fashion month, Tom and I went down to Fort Lauderdale and Miami for the weekend. It’s a regular trip that we make when we want to get away. On this trip, I packed these amazing red patented boots which are a similar dupe of the Dorateymur pair. These are a fraction of the Dorateymur pair, which has a lower and more shapely heel, but are so expensive looking and eye-catching. I get stopped at least 3-5 times each time for compliments each time I wear these. Red is a really bold, but classic color. You can pair these boots with a dark navy or black as I have. They’re great with cropped denim. If you don’t mind showing just a pop of red, they’re fantastic with a full length pair of trousers or flare-cut denim. I’ve already worn these twice in the past 2 weeks and am rotating shoes all the time. I find these comfortable. I’m a true size 8 and am always between european sizes. If you’re a size 8 and wear thicker socks, size up. If you wear thinner socks and stockings, you can probably get away with size 8.
On this occasion, I wore these with the baker cap (seen wearing it during Fashion Month a couple of times here). I love faux leather trousers, so I wore these ones I got for a steal from H&M on sale. I linked a few similar options below.

These red boots have a lovely full silver ring instead of a U-shaped one. They’re comfortable and a total steal. If there are any suggestions on what content you’d like to see from me next, please leave them in the comments below!
