Bite Beauty Lip Pencil & Lipstick Review

Whenever a new season is about to arrive, I start perusing the beauty aisles for new nail and lip colors. One of the wonderful perks of my job is being able to share some new trends with all of you.

I was recently selected to receive 2 Bite Beauty Lip Pencils & Bite Beauty Lipsticks. I have to say that being a Canadian, I was really happy to receive these.

In the past, I found some lip pencils to be very drying, but even after wearing these for 8 hours, these didn’t dry out my lips at all. The honeycomb 20 colour is a nice pigmented nude lipstick that went very well with the peachy nude lip liner. I typically like my nudes with a little more pink, but they were really good. I’m obsessed with the smaller sized lipstick too. Travel-sized anything is always a good thing. The less I can carry while travelling, the better, and if you have an evening out with the girls and only carry a clutch, how perfect is it when the lipstick is small?

I tried the darker shade whiskey, but I find more of a true bright red suits me more because of my yellow undertone. It is a beautiful gorgeous deep bordeaux red though, so if that kind of color works for you, I highly recommend it. Neither of these dried out my lips, so I would definitely purchase these when I run out. You can find these at any Sephora for $20.
