If you follow me in Instagram, it is no secret that I adore French label, Jacquemus. Designer, Simon Porte celebrated his 10th year since starting the label in the lavender fields of Provençal. My favourite collection from him yet, Jacquemus Spring-Summer 2020 Collection included oversized canvas blazers, including a stunning pink one, an incredible body-hugging yellow knitted maxi dress, and varying pieces in a beautiful floral blue print.
The shapes of the blazers and shirts on women and men were oversized or flowy, showing that both men and women would easily be able to select pieces between either of the two genders and easily pull off a stylish, effortless look.
The collection feel like a happy celebration of life. If you weren’t a customer before, this certainly would make you a huge fan. Congratulations on 10 years, Simon Porte. I cannot wait to see what the next 10 will bring.
