It’s been awhile since I’ve posted and I’m so happy to be back. The holidays were so fantastic, but was a huge transition for me. I’ve always spent Christmas with family and in the last few months alone, Tom and I travelled a lot and ended up spending the holidays in balmy California.
You guys have probably heard me say it, but I’m not used to warm winters. As a Canadian travelling through the southern states, it’s unnatural to be experiencing temperatures above 0°c (or, 32°F ) all week in the middle of winter. You wouldn’t even know I’m Canadian here with the way I dress. I am constantly cold wearing faux fur, hats or layering a coat over my clothes while the locals are wearing shorts and flip flops. If I didn’t love Canada so much, I’d be ashamed to call myself Canadian.
After feeling a lot better, my husband and I went out for a stroll in the city. I threw on this crisp white jumpsuit and a faux fur vest incase I got a little chilly. I’ve been feeling my vintage bags lately and decided to take some of my older pieces out.
I love my winter clothes and since I get cold so easily, I feel good about being able to still wear some of my favorite seasonal pieces. I can get used to this.

Personally, I can’t imagine myself ever spending winter in a warm place. I love winter, it’s my favourite season of the year even though I live in Portugal – a country everyone comes to because of Summer. But winter fashion is my favourite. And god YOUR CLOTHES. I love them so much. I wish I could pull off a look like this!

Can I just say what a relief to search out someone who really knows what theyre speaking about on the internet. You positively know the best way to carry an issue to mild and make it important. More people must read this and understand this side of the story. I cant imagine youre no more common since you positively have the gift.
