I love the sound of rain and water crashing against a shoreline. It reminds me of the time I spent with my family at the local beach. Every time we went, we’d pack a few snacks, a blanket and a volleyball, and my parents and I would pepper the ball back and forth. Oddly enough, the sound of rain and water brings back those precious memories.
Today, I wandered around the One Ocean Hotel Resort. I explored the main floor and watched the rain drizzle for a couple of minutes before heading out to the boardwalk. When heading to the beach, I love a flowy maxi dress that get caught in the breeze.
As we head further south on this road trip, the weather will get warmer, making the cool Fall breeze seem like it was just a dream. I’m trying my best to take advantage of the hot weather, and I’m so happy this has given my summer wardrobe some extended life this year.
