I love a beach with clear water and if there’s one thing that Capri is known for, it’s that. The word “beach” or “island” always has me practically packing a swimsuit and blanket into a beach tote. Just a short speed boat ride off the Amalfi Coast, this dreamy destination was the perfect place to splash around for the day.
The perfect outfit for a beach town is something that can easily slip on and off. You can slip off the outfit and jump into the water and easily throw it back on to take a stroll for a snack, or a dash to the bathroom. When I was planning this trip I selected a white spaghetti strap piece to move around in. This romper with shorts and a semi-transparent skirt overlay, feels really feminine and flows away from the body in the hot weather. I wore my white scalloped bikini underneath, which worked out perfectly fit a day around an island. I didn’t wear much other than a tinted moisturizer, as I like to keep my face pretty bare when I’m at the beach.
Fall season may have started, but I’d love to wear this as a transitional piece by adding a leather or jean jacket, a cute hat, scarf and a pair of booties with this when I get back.

This IS literally the perfect cover up outfit! Most of the time I find that cover ups either look too ‘trashy’ (haha) or they are wayyyy too much. Like I’m not trying to attend a fashion show you know?? A girl just wants to swim, and the casually grab some lunch in the city. This one is perfect!
